The Wives of Henry VIII - Antonia Fraser After having read several books focusing on the individual wives of Henry VIII, I was looking for a more complete sequence of events. In this book, Antonia Fraser provides the reader with that timeline. Another major difference in this book for me was the emphasis the author put on reviewing the myths/beliefs surrounding each queen. I particularly enjoyed the section on Anna of Cleves, and the care that the author took to examine the stereotypes given to the woman from Flanders. An excellent and engrossing read.
